Developer Instance offline

Yesterday I have launched an instance and I haven't used it but when I see it the instance became offline what should I do know and how can I get it back

Hi @YerriboinaS 

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
