Disable An ootb asset function for mobile agent app

I have an OOTB asset function and asset action items being used in the agent app .I want to deactivate these two features and want to use my own custom create action items and functions ,but I dont see a button to make ootb one inactive .

 

Any idea where we can go and edit these and make ours only active ??
