Double click in workspace make editable the fields

I'm having a problem with the workspace for a new application created on app engine, once the user open any ticket on this view and make a double click in any section of the workspace the fields that are editable are cleared and the resolver needs to refill the fields.

Even when the ticket is closed and the fields are not editable (ACL created) the double click clear the fields but those still not editable.
Please some help

This is usually handled by the settings of the list configuration or data visualization. 

If it is a data visualization on a dashboard, the data vis will have an option like this you can check near the very bottom of the config:

If you are referring to the 'list' page... go to your avatar in the top-right and click "List Settings".

Then look for this checkbox:
