Drives Fetch State error in Sharepoint Connector

Hey everyone, someone already tried to setup SharePoint Connector in ServiceNow?

 

I'm following the documentation here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-employee-service-management/page/product/sharepoint-online-s...

 

And when I tried to ingest data I can see Driver Fetch State Error, and also in the logs many Invalid Authentication Token message and also JWT Token is not valid.

 

Anyone already faced it?

This issue is like forever now and its not yet resolved, were you able to get it resolved by Servicenow?
