EMail not visible in the Activity formatter

I have enabled the below checkboxes in activity filter but i couldn't see the emails.

and check if this is the possible reason.

Also, the emails to appear in the activity formatter it should be in the sent state.

Hi @Chitradevi G1 

 

Are you checking in PDI? If yes, then it will not as PDI dont have email enable OOTB. But if it client instance , then system properties need to enabled as mentioned in KB shared by

@Sandeep Rajput

hi @Dr Atul G- LNG & @Sandeep Rajput ,

I trying in client instance. I have added the required role in the system property as well. but still i couldnt see the email logs in activity section. 

 

@Chitradevi G1 Did you check if the emails are enabled on the instance and the emails are in sent state?
