In ESC on Approval widget for change requests completed approvals I want to show email - autogenerated in the activity tab along with approver.
I have tried creating custom widget which did not work. 
We are using global OOB activities formatter so cannot alter the formatter.

Please suggest any other solutions

Out-of-the-box ServiceNow doesn’t recommend doing this on the Portal.

I came across an article titled Service Portal: Email activity is not displayed in standard "Ticket Conversations" widget - Known Er...

Could you check what exactly the customer is asking for? It might require a solution redesign in this case.

Hi Laveen, thanks for the update!! here is what I am exactly looking for in the approval widget on ESC for completed approvals only approver activity is showing I want to display the email sent as well.
