I’m working on configuring the OOTB field “I would like to change the computed score” in ServiceNow.
Requirement:
- Hide this field for Control and Risk records
- Make it visible only for Residual Assessment
- This behavior should apply specifically in Workspace UI
Current Status:
- I was able to achieve the requirement in the Native UI (using UI Policies / Client Scripts)
- However, I’m not sure how to implement the same behavior in Workspace
