Hide “I would like to change the computed score” field for Control & Risk but show in Residual Ass

I’m working on configuring the OOTB field “I would like to change the computed score” in ServiceNow.

Requirement:

  • Hide this field for Control and Risk records
  • Make it visible only for Residual Assessment
  • This behavior should apply specifically in Workspace UI

Current Status:

  • I was able to achieve the requirement in the Native UI (using UI Policies / Client Scripts)
  • However, I’m not sure how to implement the same behavior in Workspace

Hi @sanchitayya ,
Have you put "UI Type" is All instead of Desktop ? Please cross check and test it again either it is working in Workspace or not.
