How can we make flexsible portal as it can align with chrome zoom-in/zoom-out

Hi folks,

Currently, I wanted to make my portal align with zoom-in/zoom-out which I am doing from my chrome.

Example:- so, the currently, whatever distance I am having on the sides should be same in all, zoom-in/zoom-out level--75%,80%, 100%
