How can you finish the Associate application Developer course without App Engine Studio

I am taking the Associate Application Developer course work and I am on the class "Introduction to App Engine Studio for Developers" but I don't have app engine installed. How can I get app engine for this course or advacne without it?

App Engine studio must be there in you lab instance. If not try to activate this:
