Hi,
I am trying to install the Rubrik Self-Service Workflow Integration application in our client’s Development instance from the ServiceNow Store. When I click Request App, it prompts me to sign in with a ServiceNow ID.
I entered the correct email ID and password, but I keep getting the error:
“User name or password invalid”
or
“User not available”
I have verified that this Rubrik app is free, and no license or cost is required, but I am still unable to proceed.
What I need help with:
What type of credentials should be used to install apps from the ServiceNow Store?
- Should it be a personal developer account, company ServiceNow account, or something else?
Is there any additional approval or entitlement needed from the customer side or Rubrik vendor?
Do we need to follow a specific process to install the app in a client-managed instance?
Additional Information:
- Instance: Client Development instance
- App: Rubrik Self-Service Workflow Integration
- Error: User not available / Username or password invalid
- Screenshots attached (Store page + Login error)
Any guidance on how to proceed with installing this app would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

You can login to store if you are a customer or a vendor/partner and have a paid account. You can't login to ServiceNow Store via developer account for your PDI.
