How do I access OAuth via a PDI?

We have customers who have been requested an integration with ServiceNow to pull some details from their SN instance into our product. I registered for a PDI, and have been given access, but I cannot for the life of me seem to figure out how to get to the screens where you configure OAuth connections. 

I think what I'm looking for is the System OAuth > Application Registry screen. I want to be able to prototype the integration in our development environments before releasing it for our customers.

I must be missing something straight forward, but am honestly having a hard time finding the screen that I'm looking for.

The navigation seems to flash past the main configuration options that I'm looking for before landing on this page where I have limited options.

You need to go: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do 

Click on your icon top right corner:

Click "change user role":

And select admin instead of app engine studio creator:
