How to Add Hover Text to Related Lists?

Hi All,

 

I'm looking to add hover text to related lists for better user guidance. I couldn't find options like "Hover Text" in List Control settings. Any advice on how to implement this in the latest ServiceNow version?

I think it is not possible.  Hover text work on form level only.
