How to add information in a Data Table

Hi 

I have created 2 tables( Table A and Table B) using App Enginee Studio. Set one of the column Type in Table A as Reference and link it to Table B. How do i input information in Table B so that they will show as dropdown options when i am viewing Table A in Forms view.

HI @hengboonk 

Create a field of type "Reference" in Table B, and set the reference table to Table A.

Just like the "Caller" field in the Incident table, which references the "sys_user" table.

Hi 

I have already done that. I am asking how to add information in Table A so that it will reflect in Table B as dropdown options in my Reference column. I am new to servicenow and it would be great if there is any article that i can refer to.

So table A has a reference field pointing to Table B.

You will have to create records into Table B may be 5-10 as per your wish.

Then when you open the Table A form and select the field which refers to Table B, you will see those records for selection.
