How to add (restore) column 'table' to 'sys_state_transition' table form (UI)

Hi

Using Form Builder on my Washington DC PDI, I accidentialy deleted column 'table from the form.

Now I cannot edit State Transition (sys_state_transition) because it is telling me that 'table' column cannot be empty.

Problem is that Form Builder, Form Designer, Form Layout do not show this column as available for the form.

I took form section from other instance and cleared cache, but this didn't work and it reverts back to form without 'table' column.

Do you have any idea how to either allow 'table' column appear on the list of columns in Form editors or migrate form from other instance, so it will be preserved?

May be reset PDI is only option 😞
