You can add roles in available for related list as shown below:

You can create the user criteria and then use the user criteria in "Available For" related list in the record producer. 

In user criteria you can define if you want to restrict it for any role or group or company or any other matching criteria.

I understand your question mean how to add some role temporarily to execution user as you can do in Flow designer, isn't right?

I think the following step is helpful for you.

1. create record producer.

2. create the flow, which do something with temporarily role

3. copy snippet which execute the flow in scripts

4. add snippet in record producer's script field
