Hello,
I wanted to create a app that has 3 process like IT management. First someone create a problem issue/record, then assign it to relevant person. That person create a evaluation issue/record from the problem and at the end create a solution record. My main record is problem record then evaluation and solutions are sub issue/record/process of it. There might be multiple solution for 1 problem. If it is the case when all solutions are approved or closed the problem task status needs to update automatically.
So how can achieve this? I am new to Servicenow, if there is resource that can help me feel free to share. Also I used PDI for practice.
