how to create a comment and worknote field in custom table , like task table

I create a comment and worknote filed in my new table. but I want it looks the same as task table.

LIke this with a post button and can hide work_note.

Hi @Shuang ,

Is your custom table extends from the "TASK" table? If yes OOB "comments" & "Worknotes" field, you can use & right click on the context menu of your Custom table, bring "Activities(filter)" from Available box to the selected part. Please follow below screenshots.
