Performance Review App - App Engine Studio

Anyone have any experience working with this app from the studio? I am trying to work through it, but having a hard time trying to understand where to update and change the questions that are showing on the portal view. Please if you have any insight I would appreciate any help, guides, tutorials, YouTube guides, Udemy courses, ServiceNow professionals, any crumbs. I have reviewed what is on the Docs page but its very generic and does not get into the weeds.

Hi Tamika!

It looks like the questions just live on the table in the app, which is appended to your scope name with "performance_review" (example: x_snc_pr_performance_review). The portal is using the "Self Review" view of the form, and the workspace is using the "Self Review WS" view of the form.

So you will add or modify the questions from that view/table to change how the questions appear on the portal & workspace.

As for additional guidance, I don't believe there is a lot of guidance outside of what you've already found on the templated apps in AES.

Hey Paige!!! I hope you are doing well!!!! Do you have a few moments for me to show you what I see in my instance? I have been able to update the questions based on the views, but there are, lack of a better explanation, "hidden" areas where I do not see where/how to update the views. So after you submit the review for the employee, you as the employee, can click on the tab, on the portal, to view your responses but they are not matching the original view where I changed the questions. Its the most frustrating part, because I am not sure where to update those additional tabs that are show on the portal view. In the app itself there is not a corresponding portal view to manipulate.
