How to enable Work notes (Private) in UI Builder?

Hi everyone,

I’m customizing a record page in UI Builder (for a Request record). In the Activity Stream Compose component I only see the Additional comments field, but I need to also show Work notes (Private) for internal use.

I tried adjusting the form and activity stream settings, but I don’t see an option to enable Work notes in UI Builder.

Does anyone know the correct way to configure the Activity Stream so that Work notes (Private) appears alongside Additional comments?

In this picture, I can see worknotes are already there? What exactly do you need?

Hi @carlosgonza ,

Could you please confirm your expected behavior here? Are you expecting both Additional Comments and Work Notes to be visible at the same time, or should Work Notes replace Additional Comments, and vice versa?

Currently, both fields are visible, and Additional Comments appear first by default. Please let us know if your requirement is to display only Work Notes initially instead.
