In Service Operation Workspace, I see it has the below component, I want to clone the same component and use it in another workspace.. is it possible? I can see only option as duplicate variant.. which works only inside the same workspace. but here my requirment is, I want to move that cloned component to another workspace.

not possible. you can clone and use that in same workspace
The component you are showing is Dashboard added to workspace page, you can easily add that in your other workspace
