How to move action to next step from "Ask for approval" action

Hi All,

Is there a way to find where the Ask for Approval action stores its status/value? I would like to move the Flow from the "Ask for Approval" action to the next action using a script.

Do we have any way to achieve this?

Note: I do not want to approve or reject anything from the Approval table. Instead, I want to directly complete/approve the Ask for Approval action itself through a script so that the Flow can continue to the next step.

If you are looking for Scripted approval instead of "Ask for  Approval ".
