How to Register a Source Control Provider

Hello 

I am trying to use GitHub for source control.  When I try to add in ServiceNow IDE, i see the message "No Source Control Providers registered".  So i am trying to register my GItHub account.  However, I cannot find where to add or register the provider.  Can anyone tell me where to go to register my Github account so that i can use it in Studio.
