Explain the purpose of setting conditions for UI Actions in ServiceNow. Why is it important to control when a UI Action appears or is available to users?

Hello @amazs123 

 

There might be some some cases like :-

 

Suppose there is one UI Action called Approve and you want to show it to those users who are approver, In that case it should be hidden from normal users. Only admins having approver role will see it and can approve.

 

In that case we require a condition to control the UI Actions.
