How to Trigger an Event from UI Builder Client script

Hi, I would like to know how to trigger an Event from a UI Builder Client script. 

 

I need to trigger a Server side script (Script include/run scripts) by triggering an Event from the UI Builder Client scripts. Is that even possible??
