As a Member of HR or Management
I want To submit a case under Workday Transactions - General Questions, with a selection of Duplicate ID/SSN Issues and have it auto routed to Group 2
So that My resolution will be expedited
Requesting a routing update for "Duplicate ID/SSN Issues" Related Query within "Workday Transactions - General Questions" HR Service. For cases submitted under Workday Transactions - General Questions, with a selection of Duplicate ID/SSN Issues, cases will autoroute to: Group 2 instead of Group 1. The other selections under this HR Service should still route to Group 1 as they do current state. This change will expedite resolution and reduce reassignment by bypassing Triage
All other configuration changes on the HR Service should remain untouched, only routing for the specific selection of Duplicate ID/SSN Issues under Workday Transactions - General Questions should be updated to Group 2
