I am not getting 6 digit verification code on mail

Hi there, 

If you’re not receiving the 6-digit verification code on your email, please try these quick checks:

1. Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folders.

2. Verify that your email address is entered correctly.

3. If you’re using a company or school email, the message might be blocked by the email firewall, try again using a personal email like Gmail or Outlook.

4. Wait a few minutes and click “Resend code.”

5. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact your ServiceNow system administrator or check with your email admin to ensure mails from ServiceNow are not being filtered.
