Now Mobile Push Notification Not Working

Hi Community Members,

 

I have created below

 

1. New Push Message

2. Push Notification Message Content

3. New Notification with Push Message only = true

4. Push Message field in notification is lined to created in point 1.

5. Also enabled notification in Now mobile app 

 

Still after all these steps my push notification is not getting triggered.

 

Please advice.

1. Check if anything there in "sys_push_notification" (push logs) after trigerring.

2. Check cmn_notif_device for user and check Push is enabled for (now/agent).

3.Content message should be specific to agent or now based on the app you are using.
