Hi @PasupuletiL
There is no support available for PDI. This issue can be due to data center migration. Better release this instance and take a new one.
If you okay to wait more, that fine. You may get PDI back.

Hi @PasupuletiL ,
As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow side. Hence you're limited to two options.
- Wait, it should be resolved after some time.
- Release and request a fresh installation. Remember, all configuration not backed up will be lost.
if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that!
Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. As you probably already know, there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made.
Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI
Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly (and without any notice) drop. So always backup your work.
Kind regards,
