Insufficient privileges error on now mobile custom actionable push notification

Hi All,

Recently I created a actionable push notification to accept or reject change request.

The push notification is triggering fine it is show both accept and reject button in notification but when I click accept or reject it is showing insufficient priveliges and taking me to screen where I can see approve and reject buttons there i am able to accept or reject but in notification it is throwing error .Also I checked the user has both admin and approval user role and change request is new record which doesnot have any preapproval.Try to help me i was stuck in it so long

yes, the Issue is with the action type I selected.
