Making basic changes to Now Agent mobile app

Hello everyone,

 

We're currently implementing a barebones version of the Now Agent mobile app.

We installed the plugin to our dev environment and removed the On-Call Schedule from the My work and My team tabs.

We wanted to move the app to our user acceptance environment (UAT), so we installed the plugin and loaded the update sets from dev.

We can now log into the Now Agent app UAT instance.
However all the update sets were blank so none of the changes made in the Mobile App Builder were brought across to UAT.
changes were definietly made in the right application scope and with an appropriate update set active.

Am I missing something?

Is development for the mobile app done differently?

Compare `sys_sg_native_client` records between instances and share if difference found.

I compared `sys_sg_native_client` records between our environments but there is no difference.
