Hi Everyone,

I am having a issue, when I was updating one of the OOTB record in sys_documentation table. I am getting this error message---"Invalid 'Field Label' record even though the selected outside Table 'HR Task' is allowed."

UTSAVJAISWAL_0-1742377668682.png

The sequence is like this:-

Task -------------- It is in Global
HR Task --------- It is in Human Resources: Core
And the record on the documentation table where we are updating is in Employee center core.

The field is available in task table..i.e. skills
I have tried to update the record in all the three applications but getting the same issue.

Please let me know, how can I update the records.

Thanks in Advance
Utsav

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG
I have gone with the mentioned steps, but it is not fulfilling my expected result.

Hi @Utsav JAISWAL

I agree with Ankur. You're referring to the Task table , which is the base table in global scope. You should use the HR Task table instead, and that will resolve your issue
