Hi Team,
We have a web application created by our own company to test ServiceNow scenarios.
it is not developed in ServiceNow.
can we append that respective web application within the frame of ServiceNow.
We are trying to build a custom application which will embed this third-party web applications using iframes in a UI Page within a custom app.
Need to check if it is allowed within the guidelines of app development in ServiceNow and will pass the certification for app approval on ServiceNow store.
your help is highly appreciated.
Thanks

There have been updates to the conditions recently, so to be sure, reach out to ServiceNow. They can tell you exactly if it is allowed or not (and you can show that answer when issues arise with certification). An answer from the community won't be accepted (ServiceNow has a lot of rules and 'someone on the community said we could' isn't a reason for them to shut their eyes.
But using ServiceNow to give access to another application that isn't on ServiceNow could cause some issues towards the certification, I think, if it's really about that one app. If it would be more generic (a ServiceNow app that can use any other web application within the frame of ServiceNow) may be a better selling point, but still, I don't know if it will be seen as secure enough. This is just my two cents and I could be completely wrong, hence my first remark: ask ServiceNow for the real answer.
