Is it possible to build something like this In servicenow

Basically we have list of incidents at https://<your_domain>.service-now.com/incident_list.do. When we click on one of the incidents we go to https://<your_domain>.service-now.com/incident.do . This page has all the incident details.
I want to embed a chatbot here which i want to make. the bot will  be collapsed initially on clicking the button it will open and show details of ticket..like summary and details. Is it possible to do it. How can I do it...Should I use now_sdk ??? Creator-studio ??? studio-Ide ??? I have plans to publish this app in servicenow marketplace/store.

Yes, it’s definitely possible to build something like this in ServiceNow! ServiceNow is quite flexible and has powerful tools for creating custom workflows, automation, and even AI-driven features. Depending on what exactly you’re trying to achieve, you can use their Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and IntegrationHub to automate processes or create chatbots that handle specific tasks.

If your project involves AI-driven decision-making or intelligent agents, you might need to integrate ServiceNow with external AI platforms or APIs. Many businesses also collaborate with an AI agent development company to implement more advanced AI capabilities within ServiceNow without reinventing the wheel.

It helps to clearly define the use case first and then explore which modules or integrations in ServiceNow will support it. The platform’s flexibility makes it quite feasible, but some advanced features may require coding or API integration.

Have you already explored their Virtual Agent capabilities? That’s usually a great starting point for building AI-like interactive workflows directly in ServiceNow.
