Is there any way to make Servicenow passwords expire in one year?

I am new to ServiceNow.
Please tell me.
When I register a new user in ServiceNow, I set a password. Is there any way to set the password expiration date to one year?

You must enable the pwd_reset.enable.password_expiration_reminder property to configure password expiration reminder. By default, this property is turned off.

Are you on-boarding the users locally or via LDAP ? If later, then you can go for Password Expiration reminder as suggested by @Dr Atul G- LNG .
