Issue with ATF Test step Submit Record Producer (SP)

Hi everyone, I am doing an ATF test for a record producer and I added the test step "Submit Record Producer (SP)". 

The results did not return any issues at the end of the test. After the submission step, I added an "Assert Text on Page (Custom UI)" test step to verify if the browser sends me to the "My ticket" page but it's not happening because It only got stuck submitting the record and nothing else happened.

Do you know why is this issue happening?

What alternative do you propose?

This happens when the Record Producer is unable to submit.

For example, if there is a mandatory field and we try to submit the Record Producer without filling it in, this scenario occurs.

Set the same variable values in the ATF and perform manual testing. This will help you understand the issue.

Thanks for your answer, I understand your point. I have two fields in the record producer (which I fill out). I did a test adding another step (Open Service Portal Page) aiming at the "My ticket" page with all the required parameters and it opens the page without any issue.

I noticed that the record is submitted but the ATF test doesn't show the "My ticket" page without a new step. Only if I do it manually I can see the "My ticket" page.

Is this the expected behavior?
