On esc portal when i'm searching item it appear duplicate attachment with same name as i highlighted in green color in below screenshot:
how to fix it can anyone suggest it?

hi @Ankur Bawiskar -I am searching for a catalog item which is highlighted in (yellow color), and it is showing an extra attachment which is in (green color) with the same name of catalog item which is highlighted in (yellow color). I have attached the below screenshot. how to fix it?
Expected behavior is below (don't want extra one attachment item) :
