Knowledge Article is not visible after adding under Related Articles

Hi Everyone,

I have created a knowledge article added under the catalog item Related Articles then also it is not visible..any specific reasons...

Hi @Utsav JAISWAL ,

 

There is no such setting apply OOB, check user criteria may be because of that impacting. I checked in my PDI is working after attaching to catalogbitem.
