need a mobile application to check in and out of assets

i need to create a mobile application to check in and out of assets. This will use barcodes of the computer to be scanned, assigned to a user and location for check in and update the status to In Use.  Upon check out, it will clear the user and location and update the status to available. It will keep all data as historical for reporting.
