Hi,
I have a notification which is record change trigger.
I wanted to understand if this kind of email triggers the email logs , if yes then what will be the subject to identity? or how to check it
I see users get this notification under the bell icon.
Kindly help me on this .

these are not email notifications but workspace provider notifications which are shown as Bell Icon
Example: when INC is commented or INC is assigned to agent they see this Bell Icon notification in workspace
So nothing goes to email log table

under the bell icon user can also see the same rtg , or is it only on the workspace? because i can see it both side

it's just a popup message notifying agent that some action he/she needs to take
You will get that bell icon even when you are not on workspace
