Need to change design of header and footer of the portal created from app engine studio

i have created a portal from app engine studio. in that portal
1. I want to change the design of header and footer like adding color to the header and footer 
2. Adding company logo in the header.

so how to achieve this.

Go to your portal you created and select edit as shown below :

Page will open , now select view experience setting as shown below:

Scroll down and go to header, footer or branding section and from here you open advance heading/footer setting:

for adding the logo on top left and making the navbar color to yellow where i have to make changes in header or in branding?

because in portal settings getting this for branding and theme.

and when i am click on open current theme its taking me to this page

According to this document link to can change things like a company logo you need to click advance header setting

i already checked this document. in this they haven't told how to add logo and designing. can you help me in this like where to add logo and designing in this.
