We have a requirement to map the data from Genesys in the service now instance in table name u_voice_data.
In genesys there is no single table from where the data is to be mapped. Hence we have been suggested to use the Genesys Cloud Connector. The screenshot for the voice_data table has been attached from servicenow.
Could anyone help to know how this can be achieved by using Genesys Cloud Connector?
