i am getting mis-match in number of records when i switch between group by state & assignment group.

when i group by state, i am getting 538 records and when i group by assignment group i got 368 records in a report.

i am not understanding why all the values are not visible in the list, can some one please help me on this

Hi @NIRANJANAH ,

This is expected OOB behavior, you are most likely having this mismatch because of empty assignment groups, please run a report with empty assignment groups and you will find the missing records. Empty values are not considered in the group by function.

there is no empty assignment groups in the report still the records are not matching

Hi @NIRANJANAH ,

You mean all 538 records have a valid assignment group associated with it? Could you pls. share a snapshot of list view with this filter having conditions assignment group is not empty vs the grouped by state? Comparing the 2 views can help figure out the issue..
