Not abe to open dev instance

Hello team,
this is shoeb and i am not able to open my dev instance, i tried catch clear and refreshing instance but still not able to login into it.
could you help me on this.

Try to open the same link in Mobile browser and test.

i found weird proplem.
when i opening PDI web page though VI network its not opening and when i tried with another service provider its working fine.

That is wired actually and only solution is try to clear your phone settings and retry or reach to VI and they can support.

Try accessing the link with login.do or navpage.do
Also try adjusting your network settings.
Note- I am able to access the page at my end.
