so what error you get while committing the update set?
is that flow correctly captured in update set?

Maybe you haven't captured all embeddded custom subflows and custom actions in your update set.

Maybe your are using the action 'Dynamic Flow' and added only the sysid of your additional flow.

Flow is captured in the update set , only flow name is moving to another instance ,flow actions are not moving, when I moved XML of flow , that also not moving ,in flow designer table "Asset not found: Check the Sys ID, Builder ID, and Table name for any errors before trying again." showing this error .
