Hi Everyone,
Requirement !!
Whenever user clicks on chat bubble on now mobile app then before proceeding to chat , we need a prompt like :
Would you like to connect with Helpdesk Live Chat Support?
Option would be : Connect or Cancel
If user clicks on Confirm then proceed to chat else not.

You can configure a Flow with Virtual Agent Designer to configure this.

I have checked all those but its the different things to configure.
We just want a prompt before proceeding to chat when user clicks on chat bubble.
