Search bar and chat bot are not reflecting in the now mobile

The search bar below the "How can we help" label and chat bot is not reflecting in the now mobile app this is not because of CSS of widget. its visible in mobile when i login into the instance using browser but not visible in now mobile app. can you help regarding this?. The widget name of search bar is home search its OOB one.

I know this but we are using mobile web screen as launcher.I cannot see any option to configure in mobile screen can you help me how to do it.
we are using mobile web screen because we need to dispaly service now portal.
