On-call calendar and schedule sync issue.

While viewing the on-call Calendar, the users name is visible on the shift (Watch duty), but when we view the on-call schedule for the same group, another users name is visible beside the shift and date. Is this a sync issue or anything else. I tried to replicate this in lower instances and found the issue reproducible.
