password reset error

There has been a case where an error occurred and it was not possible to execute the password reset for the 'ServiceNow-poc-ISP1' user, through the operations carried out by the 'devadmin' user.

The email 'ServiceNow-poc-ISP1@pocmolis.tokyo' was used. Despite aligning the user information on the Azure AD side with the ServiceNow side for the 'ServiceNow-poc-ISP1' user using the above parameters, the application log in ServiceNow displayed the following puzzling information: 'ServiceNow-poc-ISP1@pocmolis.tokyo@Example.onmicrosoft.com'.

While 'ServiceNow-poc-ISP1@pocmolis.tokyo' has been registered in the user table (sys_user), I have no recollection of registering the '@example.onmicrosoft.com' part. Could you suggest any methods for debugging or identifying at which point the aforementioned value is being passed? I will also include the actual log for reference:
