I log into my PDI at least once a week. But my account displays a last access date of 33 days ago. And, I received an email stating my PDI is set to be reclaimed. Why?

@mitchlm - yes, it's crazy dumb, but if you've got that email, there's nothing you can do, your PDI will be reclaimed.

 

What's most likely happened is that you've been logging into your PDI via the developer site. For some stupid reason, this isn't counted as logging in, you have to log in directly from https://devxxxxxx.service-now.com/ otherwise the system acts like your PDI hasn't been used.

 

Just one of the many ways ServiceNow f##ks over its developer community.
